Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Product tags, packaging and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Used or damaged products
- Personal care items
- Products without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or special-order products
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other approved methods.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product delivered by us.
Return Pickup
In eligible locations, return pickup may be arranged by our logistics partners. In some cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
